I started a few years ago with the Rumba vac, it was unreliable and had to purchase a few. Then i upgraded to the Karcher RC3000 which has served me well for 5 years but decided to throw itself down the stairs So i have purchased this item which comes with a timer so it can be set to start whilst iam out, has a side brush so does up to the edge (rc3000 did not) also has a UV light which kills bacteria. overall its the best iv had so far and could't live without 10/10.
Initially I didn't have plans to buy one of these, but it came up on an email from a daily offers site. The device intrigued me and it seemed like a good price for what this was. I hence looked into some reviews such as the ones here. As you can probably see from here, the reviews are very good! I went back to purchase the item, by which point they had actually sold out.
Both my wife and I work during the day and we have a toddler, so this seemed like a great time saving device. I have to say we have been really impressed with this. Whilst it does have some surprising routes round the room (these can be improved over time and learning how it works...), we were very impressed with the results. Like other users we have some hard wood floor areas, and the results are great. You do need to be a bit cautious if you have stair areas, but either avoid the areas close by, or use something to block these off. I would highly recommend this device and it really is a great time saver (though we have made sure to keep this out of the way of our son...).
