This is a bit like those basic toys designed to amuse small children. It goes around bumbing into things and then a little wheel changes direction and it goes off to bump into soemthing else. That is only half the problem. We have all wooden floors so this could have saved a lot of floor mopping. If it worked. Imagine getting a bit of cloth say 6 inches square (about the area of the circular pads they give you to velcrow on the bottom ) then drag that around the floor , with no real pressure just drag it about randomly. There is no resevoir of water/detergent so what you put on is all you get, so pretty soon that dampness is exhausted and all you are doing anyway is dragging the small amount of dirt it collected around the floor. So you have to pick it up , take off the cloth, wash it, put it back on and follow it around again for a minute or two and watch it not clean another section of floor. Needles to say it has been relegated to the cupboard. There is a reason for such a small amount of product details, it doesn't have any features. Intelligent and mob are two exagerrations in my experience. Didnt try the polishing, dont think I could take the further disappointment.

I have bought a Klarstein robot cleaner, but not this type. Mine has got a large rotating brush underneath, coupled with a small but efficient vacuum fan, a rotating "moustache" on the right side, a filter, three programs (depending on the size of the room) and (unlike this one) no wet cleaning capability. I am extremely glad with it! It saves an incredible amount of time, and reaches places not easy to get to using conventional tools (under beds etc.). My home has never been so clean! Of course like a vac it wont wipe off dried mud marks from the shoes of children coming from the garden. The main backside is it doesn't like thin electrical wires (e.g. the one of its own power supply!) as it wants to eat them. Yes, it takes more time than vacuuming myself, but from his time, not mine! I have even used it to wipe dust from my billiard! In square corners it leaves about 2 inches unwiped, not a big deal - now I first push dust (if any) from the corners before running my 'pet'.
